I was disappointed with this. After waiting longer than I expected for it to arrive, I was hoping it would at least be worth it, but it just smells kind of cheap and fades really quickly. Not what I expected at all.

I reached out to Aroma Concepts about my order and didn’t get any kind of helpful response. I sent a couple of messages and waited several days, but still didn’t get the simple answer I was looking for. I think it’s only fair that customers get at least a basic reply when they’ve placed an order. The whole experience was frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again

I was told the return and refund would be quick and simple, but that really wasn’t my experience. The process dragged on way longer than expected, and it was confusing trying to figure out what was happening. It felt like what they promised upfront didn’t match the reality at all.

I bought a fragrance from Aroma Concepts, it just didn’t last on me at all. It smelled really nice when I first sprayed it, but after about an hour, I could barely pick it up on my skin anymore.

The projection wasn’t great either. Nobody around me seemed to notice it unless they were really close. For the price, I expected way better, so I’m disappointed and don’t think I’d buy it again.

My order arrived with the box all crushed and even leaking a little. It looked like it was just tossed around with barely any thought put into the packing. I’m disappointed, and I don’t have much faith that customer service will do anything helpful about it.

I’ve been waiting two weeks and still haven’t gotten any update on my package!! Really frustrating because I expected at least some kind of tracking info by now...

I was excited to try this, but the scent just isn’t that close to the original. It’s not terrible, but I’m disappointed overall.

I wanted to like this more, but the price just felt a little high for what I ended up getting. I was expecting something that felt a bit more impressive or better quality, but it came across average to me. Maybe I built it up in my head too much, which I tend to do with online orders, especially when I’m procrastinating instead of folding laundry.
Other people might be totally fine with it, and that’s fair, but for me it didn’t really feel worth the money. I’ve bought similar things for less and been happier with them. It’s not the worst purchase ever or anything, but I probably wouldn’t order it again unless the price dropped a lot.
